How To Make Orders?
Here are some step-by-step instructions to help you make an order from our site:
1- Register for free.
2- Log in your account.
3- Find your favorites and Add to Cart.
Search or browse products, and if you wish to buy them, choose a number in the quantity box, the size you want or custom-made, and click "Add to cart". You can remove them later or adjust the quantities if you change your mind. Products you've added to your shopping cart are saved there while you looking at more items. Your cart is even saved for next time if you log out or accidentally close your browser.
4- Add Item Remark and Then Proceed to Check Out.
At your shopping cart page, please add your special requirements or custom-made measurements in the “ITEM REMARKS” for the item you’d like to buy, and then click on Proceed to check out.
5- Complete buyer information, shipping and payment option.
At the Consignee Information/Shipping Method/Payment Method page, you’ll see three major enter your information blanks. Just complete buyer information, shipping and payment options. In the textbox “Order Remarks ", you can add special request for your order, e.g. the shipping time, etc.
6. Make the Payment
We will send an email confirming your order information. The order processing will begin when the due payment is received. The tracking number and tracking links will be sent to your registered email address upon your order being sent out.

With PayPal, you can send payment quickly and securely online.
Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or bank account balance.
Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's site where you could make the payment.
Advantages with using PayPal:
Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.
Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). Lightinthebox doesn't see your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.
After Payment, How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?
During the process of your purchase, you should receive several emails from us. There will be an email confirming your order information, and we will also email you the tracking number after we ship out your order.

Do you offer free shipping to any countries?
Due to the different rate to different countries, we currently only offer free EMS shipping to the following countries:

Some Tips: Customer Need To Pay Attention To
When you sign up for a account you are indicating that you agree to the policies and terms we've published in our online Knowledgebase.
Here are some of the most important information that you must be aware of before you place orders:
- sends goods to you from China. As such, you are IMPORTING. In many countries this means you may be liable for import duties and other taxes. It's your responsibility to find out about this, and your responsibility to pay the taxes/charges on receipt of the items. Anyway we may declare the package as gift if you prefer.
- Generally most of the couriers can not deliver to PO Box. So please offer us a street address.
