Can I choose my favorite courier?
By default we will send the items by EMS which is fast and safe. We will notify the buyer the time needed for you to get the item and inform you the online tracking info after shipment.
However, we would like to do our best for any customers, if you have any special requirements such as the shipment by your selected courier, just simply please contact with us first. We will confirm with you that if we can use the courier you specified. But please be advised that the UPS, FedEx or DHL, TNT will be more expensive than EMS in most cases. We may charge reasonable fees required or you may pay fees by yourself when delivery if you have the customer id of these couriers.
What can we do if item is damaged or lost during transit?
It's recommended to pay additional $1.99 for insurence when checkout then we may reship the item immediately once the the item damaged or lost during transit.
Anyway, we will try our best to help you if any case happened. Just contact us if any issues and we will then respond you with the best solutions.
Do you offer combined shipping?
